Ozzie Jurock (born Oswald Erich Jurock, 1944 in Cologne, Germany) is a Vancouver, BC-based entrepreneur, real estate advisor, columnist, author and motivational speaker. He is currently the president of Jurock Publishing Ltd. the parent company of (Jurock.com ). He was formerly president of Royal LePage (Res.) and NRS Block Bros. and has managed real estate companies in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Tokyo. He has served on the boards of the BC Real Estate Council, the Vancouver Real Estate Board, the UBC Real Estate Research Bureau and others. He has written for The Vancouver Sun, The Globe and Mail, Business in Vancouver, The Western Investor and others, and in 1999 he released the real estate buyer's guidebook ''Forget About "Location, Location, Location!"'' (ISBN 0-9684642-1-1) He holds frequent seminars on real estate investment and is a regular guest on Global TV's ''News Hour''. Journalist Peter C. Newman called him a "real estate guru" in his 1998 book ''Titans: How the New Canadian Establishment Seized Power'' (ISBN 0-670-88336-0).
